OUR COMMITMENTS
Three promises, in writing.
- Your frame is covered.
- While it is with us, your frame is covered at its current market value — and your lenses are refunded with it. And because ten-plus years at the bench taught us when not to touch a frame: if we judge yours too fragile to re-glaze safely, we tell you before doing anything and refund your order in full.
- Lens treatments guaranteed one year.
- Any coating defect within one year is replaced at no cost. Scratches and everyday wear are not covered — lenses live the life you give them.
- If the correction doesn't feel right.
- Come back with the frame and your previous lenses. We check the new mounting against the old one, and the correction against your prescription. If we got it wrong, we remake your lenses for free. If the prescription itself turns out to be wrong, we take an extra 15% off the replacement pair — custom-cut lenses cannot go back to the lab.

Will my frame work?
Almost every frame can be re-glazed — full-rim metal or acetate, semi-rimless on nylon thread, and drilled rimless. If we judge a frame too fragile to work on safely, we tell you before touching it and refund your order in full. Not sure? Send us a photo — we answer within the day.
Do I need to know my pupillary distance (PD)?
No. Nothing to measure at home: we read the centring from your current lenses when your frame reaches us — one of the advantages of re-glazing over buying glasses online.
What if my frame gets damaged?
While it is with us, your frame is covered at its current market value, and your lenses are refunded with it.
How does the 48h promise work?
Standard single-vision lenses are cut, fitted and quality-checked within 48 hours of your frame reaching us. Specialised lenses (very high powers, some Transitions combinations) are made to order and take about ten extra working days — we tell you before you pay. Online labs abroad typically quote one to two weeks.
How do I get my frame to you?
Two ways, both free on our side: drop it at our boutique in Gate Avenue, DIFC, or book any courier — Careem works great — to our address. We email you the exact drop point right after your order.
Can my insurance reimburse this?
Most UAE health plans with optical cover reimburse prescription lenses. You receive a detailed invoice with your prescription reference — submit it to your insurer the same way you would an optician's bill.
What if the correction doesn't feel right?
Come back with the frame and your previous lenses. If we got it wrong, we remake your lenses for free. If the prescription itself turns out to be wrong, we take an extra 15% off the replacement pair.
Is the payment secure?
Payment is processed by Stripe — the same infrastructure used by Amazon and Booking.com. We never see or store your card number.
